Review and Publication of papers
Authors who want to submit their original work for conference publication consideration should submit their full papers considering the following guidelines:
Double-blind review by members of the scientific committee.
The article length should be between 6 and 8 pages, following the IEEE template for conferences. Submissions that exceed the maximum length of 8 pages may be accepted at the discretion of the program committee; however, each additional page will incur an extra charge of USD $50.
Work submitted should not have been published or under review in any other venue or journal.
Accepted papers will be given a presentation slot during the conference. At least one of the submitting authors must be registered in the conference. Authors of conditionally accepted papers must address the feedback given before the final submission.
Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore Digital Library according to conference 2026 8th International Conference on BioInspired Processing (BIP), official IEEE Conference # 71710, subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements.
The base IEEE template for conferences will be used: https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html
